TECHNE

Ancient Greek philosophers used the term τέχνη to describe the holistic nature of a creative process, the inseparable alliance of an artistic act and «craftsmanship» as a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

One always opposes what nature makes chaotically, blindly to the human art created by a master using tools called technologies.

ABOUT

TECHNE is a big platform for exchanging ideas and offers, a space for scientific experimentation and elaborating theories. Here, scientists together with artists create artworks, while art critics and theorists consult engineers.

MISSION

The integration of technological art into the contemporary art context and supporting artists in creating new artworks.
